Two powerful European women, Angela Merkel, German Chancellor, and Youlia Tymoshenko, Ukrainian Prime Minister, will be in Strasbourg next week (14-18 April 2008) addressing the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. I will post their speeches as soon as available.
